Carob was founded in 1974, and its based in Mallorca Island, e manufacturing and commercialization of Lbg (Locust been gum).
In 1996, a new facility was founded, next to Palma city. The manufacturing plant fulfills the requirements of HACCP and ISO.
Carob is made by professionals and by the use of high technology, in order to deliver the best quality on the manufacturing of Lbg (Locust been gum). Carob is also an important manufacturer of Xanthan and other gums. Besides, Carob is a well recognized distributor all over Europe. |
